Thank you for choosing Helixion Labs. We take great care to ensure that every order is handled, packaged, and shipped with the highest standards of quality control. Please review our shipping policy below for details regarding processing times, delivery expectations, and general shipping information.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During periods of high demand, new product releases, or promotional events, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details for your convenience.
Please note: Processing time is separate from the actual shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, delivery times will vary based on your selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect address information. Helixion Labs is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Helixion Labs is not liable for packages lost, damaged, or delayed in transit due to carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control.
If your package arrives damaged or has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is required, reach out to our team at info@hlxlabs.shop within 48 hours of the incident.
Shipping Restrictions
- International shipments are subject to shipping fees which will be paid by the customer in accordance with national and international regulation (eg. GST, VAT, IVA, etc.)
- Orders cannot always be delivered to P.O. boxes, depending on carrier limitations.
- All products are sold strictly for research purposes only and are not for human consumption.
