No Refunds or Returns

Helixion Labs does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to peptides, research compounds, and reconstitution solutions.

Please ensure that you review your order carefully before checkout. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hlxlabs.shop with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Our team will review each claim on a case-by-case basis to determine if a replacement or partial credit is warranted.
